Daytona maintains longstanding cooperation with established Manning agencies in the Philippines, India, Ukraine and Georgia holding a database of 8,000 Officers and crew. Manning agencies are ISO certified by DNV-GL. Evaluation and auditing of Manning Agencies is carried out by Daytona personnel on an annual basis.

Daytona focuses on its people on board and  has always aimed in attracting, developing and collaborating with qualified and skilled seafarers to expertly operate its fleet within a highly demanding and competitive environment.

Our commitment to the cadet programs with continuous training as well as our rigorous recruitment and hiring procedures ensure that our crew is of the highest quality and ability.

We set up training programs in-house and at Manning Agency’s premises and thoroughly scrutinizing new recruits while they are undergoing extensive and continuous training program ashore and onboard along with experienced crew members.
