• Budgeting and controlling vessel operating expenses on a monthly basis

• Preparing Accounts: P&L statements, Balance Sheet, Cashflow Statements

• Cooperation with cargo owners and ship Owners’ Auditors during routine reviews and yearly accounts

• Provides access to a network of financiers, banks, insitutions, stock markets and Private Equity.

• Structure equity and debt financing of marine asset purchases.
